Type 1074/1075 Annealed Carbon Steel Strip

The most frequently used grade of the Carbon Steels, C1008 low carbon strip has a carbon content of .08-.10%. The material is not corrosion resistant but is ideal for low strength parts that require forming, welding or machinability. Gibbs supplies material in the 4 numbers hard condition (45000-55,000 PSI) in metric sizes from .35mm -1.25mm.
